PIPELINE AND PROJECT SERVICES PORJECT MANAGER (PPS)
Under broad direction, this position managers the execution and delivery of smaller/less complex project(s) including day to day contact and communication with the client. Is responsible for the financial and technical success of the project(s), as dictated by the terms and conditions of the contract. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality customer service; personnel, property and environmental safety. Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls domestic and international projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems and requirements approved by the company.
Resolves disputes and problems of one or more projects.
Collaborates with the clients’ Product Lines and third party service providers to develop and implement project plans and strategies.
Recognizes and exploits the talents of personnel assigned to projects and demonstrates commitment to developing their skills, competencies and application of expertise.
Possesses a working knowledge of specific PPS service lines and client/operator operational practices.
The job role has budgetary accountabilities for assigned projects.
Supervises engineering support and Tech professionals.
Supervisors project personnel through subordinate leaders.
Develops business management skills and may serve as a proposal manager.
Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Physical Science required

Job Title: MPD Junior Operator/Operator
Also open to a Derrickman/Floorhand
Start Date: August 2025 (potential for earlier start)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support MPD operations on the rig floor and derrick
- Assist with rig-up/rig-down of MPD equipment
- Monitor and maintain drilling fluid levels and pressure systems
- Work closely with drilling and MPD engineers to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational standards
Requirements:
- Saudi nationality (mandatory)
- Previous experience as a Derrickman, Floorhand, or in MPD operations
- Strong understanding of rig floor procedures and pressure systems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to start as early as possible (target August)
